Cracked Wheat / Wheat Rava : 1 cup
Mango Puree : 1 cup
Water : 2.5 cups
Sugar : 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder : 1/2 tsp
Ghee : 2 tbsp
Cashews and Raisins
Method:
Heat a tablespoon of ghee in a pan and fry the cashews and raisins; keep them aside.
In the same pan, add and fry the broken wheat until light golden color.
Now add the boiling water and mix well.
Close with a lid, let it cook completely on a medium flame.
When it`s done, add the cardamom powder, sugar, mango puree and remaining ghee and cook for another 5 minutes.
Switch off the flame and garnish with fried nuts.
