Maida : 1&1/4 cups
Mango Pulp : 1/2 cup
Sugar : 3 to 4 tbsp
Poppy Seeds : 1 tsp
Ghee : 1 tbsp
Oil for deep frying
Method:
Grind the sugar into a fine powder and set aside.
Combine the mango puree, powdered sugar, poppy seeds, maida flour and a tablespoon of melted ghee and make a soft dough. Divide the dough into small balls and roll the dough ball into a thick round disc.
Cut into small diamond shaped pieces and deep fry in hot oil on a low flame till golden brown in colour.
Remove from the oil and store in an airtight jar.
