
A puffed belly is something most of us have to contend with at some point in our lives. We take a look at what could cause the bloating and suggest alterations to your diet to prevent it.
Increase fluid intake:
Aim for at least 8 glasses of liquid each day. Top this up with plenty of water-rich foods like fruits and vegetables. Other fluids like milk, juice, coffee, and tea can also comprise the day`s intake of liquids. No alcohol is allowed though!
Fluids ease constipation and prevent you from feeling bloated. Sugar-free fresh juices can help you reach your target per day too.
