
If you`re in the habit of chewing gum or candy in between meals, remember you`re gulping down air while you do so. Similarly, when you gulp your food down quickly, you swallow air unknowingly. This is also a common occurrence when you sip a drink through a straw.
Chuck your soda in favour of fruit juice and say no to gum and half your job is done. It also pays to remember lessons taught at school - chew your food slowly with your mouth closed.
