Reduce salt intake
Table salt contains sodium that makes us retain water resulting in a puffed up belly. A lot of vegetables and fruits contain natural salts, the flavours of which we must learn to relish. Cut down your salt intake to 3 to 5 grams per day and remove the salt shaker from your table and, you`ll see yourself beginning to curve.
