Fresh vs dry

For fruits with skins, like apples, should I eat the peel?

By all means, yes! The edible peels of many fruits provide additional fiber, nutrients, flavour and texture. Just be sure to wash the fruit thoroughly with clean water before eating.

For children, which fruits are better dry or fresh fruits; is fruit juice healthier than whole fruit?

Dried fruits are just as nutritious as fresh fruit and they are easier to carry with you.

Fruit juice is a healthy choice but whole or cut up fruits add fibre to the diet. Fibre is not found in juice.
