Fast foods are a great hit while travelling or during quick tea breaks. Crunchy chicken with quickly stir-fried rice makes an ideal meal for those on the go.

Ingredients:
10 slices of bread
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 green chillies
1 tbsp. coriander leaves, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
To make sauce:
3 tbsp. flour (maida)
2 tbsp. ghee
2 cups milk
Salt and pepper
To fry:
3 eggs, beaten
Oil
Method:
1. To make the sauce:
Mix flour and ghee and stir fry gently. Add milk, salt and pepper. Beat till no lumps remain. Cool.
2. Add chicken to the sauce. Add chillies and coriander leaves. Mix well.
3. Cut bread slices into triangles. Pile mixture on each slice and cover with another, getting 10 patties.
4. Dip in beaten egg and deep fry till golden.
5. Serve with tomato sauce.
