Fixing healthy food for a toddler Gallery
Fluids are good

Encourage your child to drink water after every meal and to take in plenty of fluids including juice and milk.

Healthy Fruit Juice

Ingredients:

1 cup grapes

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 orange

1 tbsp honey

1/8 tsp grated ginger

1/2 cup chilled water

Salt as per taste



Method


  1. Clean the grapes
  2. Peel and deseed the orange
  3. Mix all the ingredients except honey
  4. In a blender, blend together all ingredients
  5. Strain with a not-too-fine strainer
  6. Pout into glass, and mix honey
  7. Stir it well
  8. Serve chilled
