All vegetables are sources of fibre. Fibres in vegetables act as the mechanical intestinal expanders, draw more water and proteins in them and help in easy expulsion of waste in the form of stools. As it is advisable to get fibre from food than from pills or other supplements, it is a great idea to include these vegetables in your daily diet.
