1 small capsicum
1 tbsp soya sauce
Salt to taste
1 tbsp sugar
5 cups water
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp white pepper
Chop all the vegetables finely.
Dry fry in a non-stick pan for 4 mins.
Now cook in a cup of water for 15 minutes on a medium flame.
Take care that vegetables are not overcooked.
Now, add soya sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar, pepper; stir and cook for 5 minutes
Add cornflour and mix it and allow the gravy to thicken
Serve hot with fried rice or noodles
