Calcium is required for strong bones and teeth. Calcium deficiency can result in lethargy, loss of appetite and muscle cramps.
Milk, cheese, almonds, sesame seeds and green leafy vegetables are rich in iron.
Vegetable cheese toast
1 - onion
1 cup - green, yellow and red capsicum
1/2 - tomato
2-3 - button mushrooms
1-2 tsp- black olives
2-3 - green chillies
5-6 - garlic cloves
1 tsp - black pepper powder
1/2 cup - mozzerella cheese
1/2 cup - cheddar cheese
3-4 tsp - coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Cut all the veggies finely and mix everything in a bowl except the two cheeses
Toast 4 slices of bread in a toaster
Put the mixture on the slices and top it with both the cheese.
Grill the breads for 3-4 mins (you can also grill it in a microwave or on a tawa)
