Fill roti with vegetables of your choice to make it a healthy snack
Ingredients:
4 - chapathis
For the filling:
1 cup - grated paneer
1 cup - finely chopped onion
1 cup - finely chopped tomato
1 cup - boiled peas
1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
chilli powder as per taste
salt to taste
1 tbsp - oil
Method:
Heat the oil in a kadai and saute the onions.
Add the tomatoes, peas, and other ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve it hot.
You can use chopped nuts and chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.
Take a chapathi and keep 1 tbsp of the filling and roll them over.
