
Plan what goes in
Avoid packing foods with onion - they have a tendency to spoil with the heat of the afternoon. Milk-based drinks can curdle and give your kid a bad tummy. Wrap rotis/sandwiches in aluminium foil to prevent them from turning soggy and unpalatable. Curries should be packed in separate, leak-proof boxes. Don`t put in chips in the common compartment together with pulav; zip-lock pouches or smaller boxes would work well.
