Papaya honey smoothie
Papaya,cubed 1&1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup-3/4 cup
Honey 1 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Ice cubes (optional) 4-6 nos.
Method:
Blend papaya, sugar, honey and ice cubes (if desired) in a blender till smooth.
Then add the milk and blend for a 40 seconds or till mixed well.
Have it chilled with honey topping.
Tip: If you are calorie conscious, reduce sugar and use low fat milk.
