Almonds are a rich source of Vitamin E. They are also rich in monounsaturated fat, responsible for lowering the LDL cholestrol.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of almonds
Sugar as needed
A pinch of cardammom
1 cup of milk
Method:
Soak the almonds in hot water for 15 mins and peel the skin.
Now grind the almonds with water to make a smooth paste.
Pour milk in a pan and bring it to boil.
Now add the paste, sugar, kesari powder and cardamom.
Keep stirring on a low flame till the milk thickens.
Serve hot or cold.
Mix honey instead of sugar to make it a `Healthy drink`
