Carrot Milkshake
Ingredients:

Fresh carrots - 1
Milk - 1 cup
Almond 4
Sugar - 2 tsp as required

Method:

Saute the carrot for 5mins until raw smell goes.
Blend milk, sauteed carrot, sugar, almond in a mixer until creamy and thick.
Refrigerate for 30 mins and serve chilled.
