Beet Root Paratha
Ingredients:
1 beetroot
1/4kg - wheat flour
Salt to taste
Oil
Method:
Boil the beetroot
Mash and knead with the flour.
Make small balls and roll it out.
Cook on tava applying oil.
Serve with beetroot corn raita.
A colourful snack.
