Cucumber corn salad


Ingredients:

3 cucumbers

1 small cup - steamed corn

A dash of salt and pepper

A few drops of lemon

Coriander leaves for topping


Method:


  1. Peel the skin of cucumber
  2. Cut into small cubes
  3. Steam cook corn
  4. Mix corn and cucumber
  5. Add a dash of salt and pepper
  6. Refrigerate and just before serving, add drops of lemon.
  7. Top with coriander leaves
