Cucumber corn salad
Ingredients:
3 cucumbers
1 small cup - steamed corn
A dash of salt and pepper
A few drops of lemon
Coriander leaves for topping
Method:
- Peel the skin of cucumber
- Cut into small cubes
- Steam cook corn
- Mix corn and cucumber
- Add a dash of salt and pepper
- Refrigerate and just before serving, add drops of lemon.
- Top with coriander leaves
