Ingredients:
Oats - 1/2 cup
Water - 1 1/2 cup
Salt
Method:
Heat tsp of oil in the pan, season with mustard, urad and channa dal, a tsp of each.
Saute a little onion and 1 clove of sliced garlic.
Add 1/4 tsp of saunf powder, chilli powder and 1/4 tomato chopped until tomato is mashed and cooked well.
Now add curry leaves.
Now add water.
Once it is boiling add oats and cook till done.
Garnish with coriander.
