
Eat small meals
One of the basic principles of losing weight and staying free of abdominal fat is eating small meals, in the right portions. Six small meals a day as against three large meals will keep your body energized by optimizing your body`s metabolism. In other words, eating small meal portions will help your body to regulate blood sugar levels optimally.
It is also said that eating minimally helps you to burn fat easily - this is because you are stopping your body from storing the excess fat in the first place, which happens much more due to fluctuations in the sugar levels. Meals at an interval of every 2-3 hours will keep you full throughout the day and will prevent you from cravings at odd hours of the day.
