If you spend a little time initally, you save a lot of it in the end. Rehana shares with us some tips to save time in the kitchen.
- Do keep curd at home always. So many dishes can be prepared in a jiffy if you have curd ready.
- Germinate whole mung beans or other pulses. Sprouts can liven up the plainest of salads and other dishes.
- Buy airtight boxes of various shapes and sizes. Make separate pastes of onion, ginger and garlic and refrigerate in these containers. Of course, the readymade ones are also good.
