Boil the baby corn for about 10 mins or until tender.
Take the finely chopped onions and saute till golden brown and add the coarsely crushed pepper and garlic. The quantity of garlic & pepper can be increased depending on your taste.
Saute the mixture untill well cooked and now add the boiled baby corn, add salt and cook for about 10 mins. To give it an Indian touch add a dash of garam masala & sprinkle some water and cover the dish & let it cook in low flame for 5 more mins.
This is a quick dish which can be used also as a starter.
