Cut of the tops and
about 1/8 inch from the bottom.
Split length wise leaving one side
Mix all the condiments and salt in a small plate and use this to
fill the split lady finger.
Chop the onions and tomato length wise.
Warm the refined oil in a micro proof glass dish for 2 minutes high.
Place the masala filled lady fingers, chopped tomato, chopped onions and
full uncut green chillies in the oil and mix well with a wooden spatula.
Sprinkle the left over masala on the lady fingers.
Micro for 15 minutes high. Remove the dish mix well with the spatula and
if the vegtables appear dry and uncooked, add 1/4 cup water by
sprinkling it on the vegetables and again mixing it with the spatula.
Micro for 15 minutes high again.
Garnish with green coriander and serve hot. Enough for 6 to 8 servings.
