Take a bowl and mix all of the mentioned ingredients in set 1 and allow to marinate for 2-4 hrs.
Then, heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces till golden brown.
Set aside and dry with a paper towel.
Heat around 1 tbsp oil in another pan and add the set 2 ingredients and saute for a while.
Then, add a bit of ajino motto, salt, sugar, soya sauce and pepper powder and then add the fried chicken pieces and stir for a couple of minutes.

Instead of the green chillis, garlic or ginger could be finely chopped and used instead, contributing to "Garlic Chicken" or "Ginger Chicken".
