Method
  1. Put roughly beaten curds and semolina in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a ladle rub together soda and oil, and add salt,.
  3. Add to mixture, beat very well till light and fluffy.
  4. Make sure batter is not too thick or thin, but of spreading consistency.
  5. Grease papercups, or foil cups liberally on the inside.
  6. Sprinkle very little grated carrot, cheese, and cabbage in each cup at base.
  7. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and coriander too.
  8. Pour 3/4th cupful with batter.
  9. Arrange all cups or as many in a batch in top part of double steamer.
  10. Water at the bottom should boil, and steam cups.
  11. Steam with lid on, for at least 15 minutes.
  12. Remove from boiler, cool for a couple of minutes
  13. Invert and peel off paper cup carefully.
  14. Serve piping hot (with green all-purpose or coconut chutney)
  15. Both accompaniments are already online.
  16. Or sprinkle some ghee, malagapudi or andhrapudi over them.
  17. Serve hot with other snacks.

Ingredients:
2 cups semolina
2 1/2 cups fresh curds
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup grated cabbage
2 tbsp. coriander leaves, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. Soda bicarb
1 tbsp. oil
15 paper or foil cups for cupcakes
1/2 tsp. Oil for coating
1/3 tsp. Chilli powder
