Method
- In a sauce pan pour oil, and saute finely cut red onions and garlic.
- Add pepper powder mix well, add the chicken and boil for 15 minutes.
- Taken the chicken out and shred them ( keep aside) in the soup.
- In this chicken stock add the chicken soup packet if available.
- Add the shredded chicken, creamed corn, and 1 tea spoon of corn flour.
- Mix well and add salt to taste.
- Beat an egg and pour this over the soup with a fork.
- While serving add the thinly cut spring onions.
