Method
  1. Blend watermelon, sugar, salt into pulp.
  2. Chill the pulp till half set.
  3. Just before serving - in a blender add pulp, essence and water.
  4. Add 5-6 crushed ice-cubes.
  5. Blend very lightly till slushy.
  6. Fill 1/2 the glasses with the remaining crushed ice.
  7. Pour the slushy mixture in the glasses.
  8. Stir it.
  9. Use wide straw for serving.

Making Time: 30 minutes, excluding chilling time
Makes: 3-4 glasses

Ingredients:
4 cups - chopped watermelon, deseeded
1/4 tsp - vanilla essence
1 glass - water
14 to 15 - crushed ice cubes
1/2 tsp - salt
