Method
  1. Make small holes on the pototes with the help of fork

  2. Bake the potatoes with skin in Microwave without water for 10 minutes (till the skin shrinks)

  3. Cook the Brocolli, carrot (Frozen is better) in the Microwave.

  4. Peal the skin of the potatoes

  5. Mash the potatoes

  6. Mix the cream cheese with the mashed potatoes

  7. Mix vegetables, salt, chilli powder and green chillies to the mix(mashed potatoes)

  8. Butter the baking dish

  9. Spread the mix in the baking dish

  10. Top the mix in the baking dish with thin layer of Shreded Cheese's.

  11. Cover with plast foil and keep in the microwave for 2 minutes(to melt the cheese)

It is ready.

Ingredients:
Baking Potatoes - 4
Plain Cream Cheese - 4 oz.
Chopped Brocolli - 16 oz.
Chopped Carrot - 8 oz.
Shreded Cheddar Cheese - for toping
Shreded Mozoralla Cheese - for toping
Salt - for taste
Red Chilli Powder - for taste
Green Chillies - 3
