Method
  1. Heat oil. Add garlic, add uncooked vegetables and saute till tender.
  2. Add curd and simmer for 5 mins. Then add chilli sauce and tomato puree.
  3. Simmer for another 5 mins. Finally add rice and mix well.
  4. It should not be dry, if so more puree can be added.
  5. Put salt and pepper to taste. Add oregano's in the end.
  6. Put on a baking tray. Top with lots of grated cheese and chilli flakes. Server hot.
Ingredients:
2 cups rice(cooked)
1 cup tomato puree
1 cup curd
2 cups vegetables finely chopped(boiled carrots, onions, capsicum, boiled corn, mushrooms and peas)
2 tspoon garam masala
2 tspoon red chilli sauce
3-4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 tbspoon vegetable oil
oregano and chilli flakes to garnish
salt and black pepper to taste
2-3 cubes cheese(grated)
