Method
- Place the yoghurt, milk, bananas and sugar in a blender and blend for 1 � minute.
- Add to this the crushed ice and blend further for 30 seconds.
- Serve sprinkled with cardamom powder.

400 ml - yoghurt
100 ml - milk
2 - ripe bananas
sugar to taste
crushed ice
green cardamom powder for garnishing
