Method
- Boil the peels.
- Grind in the mixi along with green chillies, garlic, salt and haldi.
- Heat oil. Fry the kalonji.
- Add the paste and fry till all the moisture is absorbed and dry.
- Serve with paratha.
- It can also be eaten as a spread on sandwiches.
Ingredients:
3 - raw bananas (peel)
3 - green chillies
6 to 7 - garlic
2 tbsp - oil
1/2 tsp - kalonji
