Banana Peel Chutney

Method
  1. Boil the peels.
  2. Grind in the mixi along with green chillies, garlic, salt and haldi.
  3. Heat oil. Fry the kalonji.
  4. Add the paste and fry till all the moisture is absorbed and dry.
  5. Serve with paratha.
  6. It can also be eaten as a spread on sandwiches.
Ingredients:
3 - raw bananas (peel)
3 - green chillies
6 to 7 - garlic
2 tbsp - oil
1/2 tsp - kalonji
haldi
salt
