Method
  1. In a pan, fry semolina in a ghee on a low flame, till it turns into slight brown colour. Switch off the gas and keep it aside.

  2. Mix jaggery into coconut milk and keep aside.

  3. Take banana. Peel off. Cut into small pieces. Grind them into mixer.

  4. Switch on the gas. Add coconut milk along with the jaggery to semolina. Add cardamom powder and dry fruits. Mix it well.

  5. Switch off the gas. Put the above mixture into a pot. Add grinded bananas to it. Keep all the mixture aside for a period of 2 hours.

  6. After 2 hours, put the above pot into a pressure cooker and cook it without pressure for 1/2 an hour.

  7. Now it's ready to serve. Serve it hot or cold. Its' delicious.

NOTE :-

While mixing coconut milk to semolina, don't make the mixture too thin. Keep it thick.
