Method
  1. Prepare tossed vegetable salad as in recipe in salads.

  2. Wash half tin baked beans by adding 1 cup water.

  3. Strain through a colander, saving the liquid.

  4. Add the well-drained baked beans to salad.

  5. Use liquid to make a vegetable soup or as stock.

  6. Serve salad well chilled, with cold soup made from above stock.
