By : Saroj KeringPrepare tossed vegetable salad as in recipe in salads.
Wash half tin baked beans by adding 1 cup water.
Strain through a colander, saving the liquid.
Add the well-drained baked beans to salad.
Use liquid to make a vegetable soup or as stock.
Serve salad well chilled, with cold soup made from above stock.
