By : Saroj KeringTake in a bowl, 2 tbsp. baked beans
Add some boiled macaroni or other small shaped pasta.
Stirfry in a few drops of oil, slivers of capsicum, onion, and slices of tomato.
Keep aside.
Season bean mixture with some curry powder, chilli or paprika.
Pile on slices of lightly buttered slices of white or brown bread.
Place a few slices of stirfried veggies over mixture.
Sprinkle grated cheese over it if desired.
Bake in preheated oven at 180oC for 5-7 minutes till toast is crisp.
Serve hot.
