Method
  1. Chop the beans finely. Use only fresh beans
  2. Heat oil. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal.
  3. Add curry leaves, and then beans and fry for about 10 minutes stirring in between.
  4. Add the sambar powder,salt and the rice and mix well on the stove, switch off the stove.
  5. Now add the lemon juice and mix well.Garnish with cilantro.
Ingredients:
beans - 1pound
cooked rice - 4-5 cups
sambar powder - 2-3 tb sp
oil - 14 tbsp
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
urad dhal - 1tsp
channa dal - 1tsp
curry leaves - 8
salt to taste
lemon juice - 2 tbsp
cilantro to garnish
