Method
- Drain and wash the cannellini beans.
- Heat a pan with olive oil.
- Add all the ingredients except the cheese.
- Allow this to sit on the pan till all the spices blend together.
- Care should be taken while handling the beans as they are very soft and tend to become mushy.
- Remove from heat and add cheese and serve.
Ingredients:
cannellini beans - 1 can
cumin powder - 1 tsp
feta cheese - 2 tbsp
pepper
olive oil
salt to taste
