By : ManjuCut bhindis in two halves longitudinally, mix besan, salt, ajwain, lemon juice, chillies, & garam masala. Put all this mixture on bhindis & mix them together.
Leave this for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a fry pan, fry bhindis in it on medium heat till done.
Serve with Chappatis or Naan.
