Method
- Wash and dry okra. Cut into small pieces.
- Take a pan and pour oil, add mustard seeds then add okra and chilly and fry till the okra becomes crisp.
- Add salt to taste and mix well.
- Add this to the curd and mix well.
- This raita goes well with south Indian rice preparations.

1 tbsp - oil
1 - green chilly, sliced
4 cups - curd
