Method
  1. Wash and dry okra. Cut into small pieces.
  2. Take a pan and pour oil, add mustard seeds then add okra and chilly and fry till the okra becomes crisp.
  3. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  4. Add this to the curd and mix well.
  5. This raita goes well with south Indian rice preparations.

1 tbsp - oil
1 - green chilly, sliced
4 cups - curd
