Method
  1. Cut the bread slices in even cubes.
  2. In a pan heat the oil and add all the seasoning with chilly and ginger garlic paste and onions and saute them well.
  3. When the onion turn soft, add tomato and allow it to cook well.
  4. Now add the tamarind pulp, salt, sambar powder and saute them well.
  5. Add the bread to this lastly.
  6. Once it is well-cooked remove from the flame and garnish it with coriander and curry leaves.
  7. Serve them hot.
Ingredients:
bread - 15 slices
onions - 1 cup
ginger & garlic paste - 1 tsp
chilly - 3 nos
tomato - ½ cup
tamarind pulp - 2 tbsp
sambar powder - 1½ tsp
oil for deep fry
coriander curry leaves for garnishing
salt to taste

For Seasoning:
mustard seeds
black gram
bengal gram
cashew nuts
