2 - long brinjals (cut into small pieces)
3 to 4 potatoes (cut into small pieces)
12 tablespoons - white oil
1 tsp - cumin seeds
2 tsp - black mustard seeds
2 tsp - turmeric powder
4 to 5 tablespoons - cumin and coriander powder
1 tsp - garam masala powder
1 tsp - ginger paste
1 tsp - garlic paste
5 to 6 tablespoons - besan (gram flour)
2 cups - milk
salt to taste
