Ingredients:
Small purple brinjals - 1/2 Kg
Finely chopped onions - 1 cup
Aamti masala* - 2 tsp or to taste
Salt - to taste
Jaggery powder - 1 tbsp optional
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
* If aamti masala is not available, use 1 tsp sambar powder mixed with 1 tsp garam masala.
