Orange and Carrot Kosumbari

Method
  1. Soak dal in water for 2 hours.
  2. Drain and mix with all the ingredients from carrot to grated coconut.
  3. Heat oil in small fry pan.
  4. Season with mustard and curry leaves.
  5. Add to the kosumbari and mix well.

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:
green gram (moong) dal - � cup
grated carrot - 2 cup
orange - 1, peeled and chopped
green chilies - 2, chopped
coriander leaves - 2 tbsp, chopped
raw mango - � cup, chopped finely
grated coconut - � cup
oil - 2 tsp
mustard - 1 tsp
curry leaves - few
salt to taste
