Mix dhaniya powder, jeera powder, besan, chilli powder, haldi, garam masala & salt.
Wash and peel carrot and dry it with a cloth.
Cut into 1 inch lengthwise pieces and slit them in the middle.
Fill in each of the carrot piece with the masala mixture that is prepared in step 1.
Pour 1 tbsp oil into the frying pan
Place the stuffed carrot pieces in the pan and fry all of them till they become soft.
Remove in a serving plate. Pour some lemon juice on the top and garnish with coriander leaves.
Enjoy with rice or rotis.
5-6 carrots
2 tbsp besan
1 tsp dhaniya powder
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp oil
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
