Method

  1. Melt butter in a non stick pan. Season with cummin seeds and ginger. Fry for a while.

  2. Add green chillies, cauliflower, green peas and salt. Saute well. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or till done.

  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and garam masala powder.

  4. Serve hot with Rotis.

Ingredients:
1 medium sized Cauliflower, cut into florets
250 gm Green Peas
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1.5 cm Ginger, julienned
2 Green Chillies, chopped fine
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves (to garnish), chopped fine
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
