Method
- Cut the panner into pieces and deep fry it.Keep it aside.
- Chop the onions, ginger,capsicum and tomatoes.
- Take a pan and put around 2-3 tablespoon of oil.
- When oil is hot, add jeera to it.
- When jeera starts to pop add onions, ginger and chopped capsicum.
- Fry it till the onions turns transparent and now add chopped tomatoes to it.
- Fry it till it gives red-brownish colour.
- Let it cool for 1-2 minutes and then crush it with electric hand mixer or normal mixer.
- Put it in the pan again, on medium heat and add garam masala, dhania powder, black pepper, red chilly powder and salt to it and fry for around one minute.
- Now add soya sauce, tomato sauce and paneer to it, cover the pan and cook for around 10-15 minutes.
- Keep on moving the material in between the cooking so that it doesn't get burnt. Serve it hot.
Note :
Can add Cashew nuts (6-8) while putting garam masala and other dry ingredients.
