Chilli Cheese

Method

  1. Take paneer and wash it properly and dry. Then cut it into long slices and soak them in solution made if all purpose flour in water (it should not be very thick). Fry the paneer slices in oil and keep them a side.

  2. Now cut ginger,capsicum, onion, grren chillies into long thin slices. Now heat some oil in nonstick pan and then fry ginger till light brown. Then fry onion and then add capsicum.

  3. Fry the capsicum till they are brownish in color and cooked properly. Now add the fried paneer and then add few drops of soya sauce, tomato sauce and turmeric powder, salt (as per taste). Stir this for few minutes till raw smell disappears and here you go with a yummy dish which i am sure everyone will like.

Ingredients:

Paneer 500 gm.
Capsicum (big) 4 nos.
Onion (big) 2
Ginger
Green chilli as per taste
Tomato sauce
chilli sauce Salt
Turmeric
All purpose flour.
