Mix all the stuffing ingredients together. Keep aside.
Beat egg, water, curd, salt, chillies and besan flour in a blender. Mix this well to make a fine paste.
Add finely chopped Methi ki bhaji leaves after blending and mix well again. Let the paste stand for 5 minutes.
In a frypan put a little oil or butter (1/2 spoon per roll) and pour the mixture to form a thin pancake like layer.
Put two spoons of the stuffing mix on top of this layer and fold it to make a roll. On low heat, cook both sides of the roll.
Serve hot with Ketchup or Chutney. Good source of calcium for kids.
1 cup Besan (chana dal/Chick Peas flour)
1/2 cup Yogurt
2 cups Water
3 or 4 Green Chillies
Garlic paste as per your taste
Salt as required

2 cups shredded Mozerella Cheese or grated Paneer
1 small Onion finely chopped
2 Green Chillies finely chopped
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves finely chopped
Pinch of Salt
