Chocolate Biscuit Pudding
Method
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Add the milk to it.
- Add cornflour, sugar, baking powder and drinking chocolate and continously stir the mixture until semi-solid.
- The mixture needs to be stirred to avoid the cornflour to co-agulate.
- Once the semisolid mixture gets ready, let the mixture get cooled so that it is now lukewarm.
- In a bowl, add pudding (mixture prepared) nearly about 1 inch of the layer.
- On top of it, place layer of bisuits as per the decorative style you want.
- Again add a layer of pudding then a layer of biscuits as previously done and so on.
- Place this mixture in freeze and after an hour it is ready for serving.
Variations:
- The pudding is also served with layers of jam.
- Generally mixed-fruit jam or strawberry or orange adds to the taste.
- So, over the top of the pudding, add a thin layer of jam as slight variety to above puddings.
