Method

  1. Split the milk using lime juice or vinegar and make Chhena. Drain the water from the Chhena (using cheese cloth). Add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  2. Grease the baking pan (7 inch x 7 inch) with a little butter and pour the mixture into it. Bake for 40 minutes at 375oF.

Ingredients:
Fresh grated Coconut (half of one medium size coconut).
Milk : half gallon
Milk Powder : half cup.
Butter : one-fourth of a stick (1 oz).
Sugar : 1 cup.
