Method
- Combine the first three ingredients.
- Add condensed milk little at a time, to form a stiff paste, the consistency of
poori dough.
- Roll out the dough to a sheet, � cm thick, dusting with icing sugar.
- Let it dry for about 20-30 minutes.
- Cut into diamond shapes.
Variation:
Use � tsp vanilla or rose essence instead of cardamom and add a few drops of pink food colour.
