Method
  1. Combine the first three ingredients.
  2. Add condensed milk little at a time, to form a stiff paste, the consistency of poori dough.
  3. Roll out the dough to a sheet, � cm thick, dusting with icing sugar.
  4. Let it dry for about 20-30 minutes.
  5. Cut into diamond shapes.

Variation:
Use � tsp vanilla or rose essence instead of cardamom and add a few drops of pink food colour.

Ingredients:
desiccated coconut - 2 cup
milk powder - 1 cup
cardamom powder - � tsp
condensed milk to mix
icing sugar to dust
